FITNESS COUNSELLING

For those who are not able to join the Personal Training Program, we offer stand-alone Fitness Counselling sessions by our Founder & Fitness Expert Mehul Lal to address any of the above concerns. Also get a personalised comprehensive exercise program incorporating strength, endurance, flexibility & cardiovascular training after taking into account your current fitness level, health conditions & injuries, if any.

Sessions include written instructions, demonstrations, hands-on training & videos which equip you to train independently at your gym/home. The sessions are followed up by ongoing accountability and motivation to monitor performance & ensure progress.

Optimal Fitness is hard to achieve without balanced nutrition. To move faster towards achieving your goals, combine Nutrition Counselling with Fitness Counselling.
