Our Injury Rehabilitation program addresses the needs of injured athletes and participants in leisure sports activities of all ages. We believe in a team approach which includes close communication with physicians, physiotherapists & coaches to formulate specialised training program for everyone.
Our primary goal Is to help patients return to their previous level of activity by the quickest and safest means possible. Our experts are trained in the bio-mechanics for various sports & activities enabling them to design individual programmes that help you achieve the amount of strength, flexibility, range of motion, endurance and balance necessary to safely return to your sport.
Using a multidisciplinary team approach, each trainee is evaluated individually to define their rehabilitative needs. This includes a thorough exam including medical history and any necessary tests to determine the mechanical dysfunctions related to the injury. A plan of care is then developed with you to addresses any problems, impairments and functional limitations. Goals are set for you with the aim of achieving the highest functional level you can.
