Harshan Nidharak

Kshama

Kshama, a professional classical dancer, inspite of dancing 4-5 hrs in a day had been facing weight issues since years. Nikunj Rele

Nik, who had gained weight in his teenage, partly due to genetics and partly due to junk abuse had plans to pursue sports management abroad and play football with it. Nik currently is studying at Manchester and playing football for Manchester Rovers Club.

Roshni

Roshni had suffered a slip disc & had been on bed rest which led to a lot of fat gain, partly due to inactivity and poor eating and partly due to genetic predisposition. Besides, she was experiencing lot of weakness and joint pains. She consulted me for nutrition, the daunting task for me was to prescribe a diet suiting her hectic lifestyle as she’s always on the move, out of the house practically whole day and on her feet for hours doing treatments.
